Operation Beautiful V.8

Thus, the showcase will roll out 10 lovely ladies each Monday until I stop receiving entries...hopefully never :)

This project is to make you think, ponder, appreciate the simple things about yourself, that add up and make you truly beautiful. The smaller qualities that you adore about yourself, like your lips or eyes, that make you feel pretty on the worst of days.

This project is about your talents, your secret hidden abilities, your amazing personalities. Those quirks which make you, uniquely you. And, I sincerely hope that after you read through the finished product to discover how these other ladies feel about themselves, you can spend the rest of the day, sincerely feeling great about yourself.

If you feel vulnerable, insecure, or hesitant to send in an entry, don't be! We're in this together. It will hopefully make you realize a few things about yourself. This will by far be one of my favorite posts I'll ever do on this blog, and I won't even write it, you guys will. Take it away ladies!

Mia

I feel most beautiful when… my hubby looks at me the same way he did when we were teenagers.

My favorite physical feature is my... butt! What? Hey, if you've got it, flaunt it, I always say! ;)

Something non-physical that I love about myself is... my sense of humor and always being able to laugh at myself and not take life too seriously all the time.

I'm happiest when... I'm with my hubby and 2 boys and we're giggling and chasing each other and just having a good time together.

Caitlyn

I feel most beautiful when… I'm wearing pajama pants and my hair is thrown up in a messy bun.

My favorite physical feature is my... eyes. They are beautiful and never stay the same shade of blue and green. 

Something non-physical that I love about myself is... My memory.  I'm the type of person who can remember the most random things, such as the exact conversation before my boyfriend asked me to go out with him. 

I'm happiest when... I can help others, whether it be giving to the homeless or helping someone with homework.

I feel most beautiful when…I'm with my husband.  He makes me forget all my imperfections.

My favorite physical feature is my... freckles!

Something non-physical that I love about myself is... my honesty.

I'm happiest when... Traveling around Europe with my husband and pups!

Halie

I feel most beautiful when…  My hair is curly, I have on pretty eye-shadow and mascara, and I'm wearing one of my favorite dresses with cute heels.  Oh, and some yummy-smelling perfume helps snazz things up a bit too :)

My favorite physical feature is my... Eyes. I love the bright green color, and truly think my own eyes are beautiful. I very often get compliments on them, and it always makes me happy when someone new notices them and gives me a compliment.

Something non-physical that I love about myself is... My forgiving nature. I'm really not one to hold a grudge, and try to truly understand the person who hurt me, in order to be able to forgive them and move on. It's just not worth wasting your time any other way...

I'm happiest when... I am with my boyfriend and/or family, either watching a movie or playing games, or just being together.

Sara

I feel most beautiful when…I have straight hair, no blemishes, and, as contradictory as it is, wearing sweatpants and a white tee.

My favorite physical feature is my... eyes. My eyes change color daily.. I love it!

Something non-physical that I love about myself is... my strength and courage. I've been forced to grow up these past few years after losing my daddy so I've had to take on a lot of strength to do what I think is right and courage to take leaps for what I think is best for me.

I'm happiest when... I'm sitting on the couch, cuddling with boyfriend or with my family, and watching tv or a movie. Nothing can stop that time and I love it. Family and friends are the people that make things continue in your life and I'd be lost without them.

Casey

I feel most beautiful when…My hair is cooperating! I have an unruly amount of thick, long hair on my head. But,on the days it's doing exactly what I want it to do, I feel AMAZING and UNSTOPPABLE, with confidence through the roof! A good hair day can do wonders for the soul, right ladies?

My favorite physical feature is my... My eyes, hands down. All the boys in my 1st grade class used to make fun of me for having such big eyes, but now they're my most complimented feature! Take that, fellas!

Something non-physical that I love about myself is... My ability to find the positive in every situation. No matter how lost or stressed, I never forget how much I'm blessed!

I'm happiest when... I'm traveling with the hubby...exploring a new and exciting place that neither of us have experienced before.

Chelsea

I feel most beautiful when…My hair is up, sunglasses are on and I'm out in the sun!

My favorite physical feature is my... My eyes, I love have bright blue eyes.

Something non-physical that I love about myself is... My desire to try anything once, even if it's what scares me the most!

I'm happiest when... I'm traveling and experiencing new cultures. It's what makes me happiest and what I always look forward to most!

Al

I feel most beautiful when…I'm acting. Crazy, but true. Make-up, costume, feeling as alive as it gets with the lights from the stage on my face. I lose myself completely in my character and just feel beautiful.

My favorite physical feature is my... Neck and shoulders.

Something non-physical that I love about myself is... My passion. I have an overwhelming love for life and the people with whom I surround myself, and my passion for the things I love doing (like acting and teaching) are unmistakable if you meet me.

I'm happiest when... I have candles lit, a clean house, comfy clothes on, a glass of wine or a cup of tea, guacamole, and pups on either side of me on the couch watching an old Cary Grant movie. Love, love, love.

Caroline

I feel most beautiful when…My fiance is smiling at me.  He makes me feel really beautiful even if i'm just in my PJs.

My favorite physical feature is my... My waist - It gives me a great figure to work with and makes me feel like a woman.

Something non-physical that I love about myself is... Being able to be the source of reason for my friends and family. I love helping the people I love.

I'm happiest when... I've done something I'm proud of. From baking a cake, exercising when I don't want to, or writing an awesome blog post.

Dani

I feel most beautiful when…my 3 year old son tells me "You're so pretty, Mommy."

My favorite physical feature is my... Either my eyes or my feet.

 Something non-physical that I love about myself is... My passion.  Anything I set my mind to, I give it 110% and nothing less.  If I falter, I pick right back up and do it over.

I'm happiest when... I'm surrounded by my family, my fiance, and my son.
