Where have we been for the past several years when all of our friends have been eating overnight oatmeal. What a lifesaver these are and we cannot believe we didn’t start making them sooner.
These simple but delicious breakfast pots are perfect for everyone including families. We started with the basic recipes and have moved on to adding more and more ingredients including Chia Seeds and Flax Sees.
The fact that these are simple to make and means you can have breakfast already prepared for the next day means we make these at least 3 times a week. We used to be content with eggs and fruit but now this has taken center stage in our breakfast plan and the great thing is it is great for weight loss.
